Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your Harv account, please follow the steps outlined below. Deleting your account will remove all personal data, emotional insights, preferences, and account information. This action is irreversible.

1. Go to Account Settings

Navigate to your profile and open the Account Settings page. From there, scroll to the Account Management section.

2. Select “Delete Account”

Under Account Management, you will find the Delete Account option. Selecting it will take you to the review screen where important information about deletion is displayed.

3. Review What Will Be Deleted

You will see a summary of data that will be permanently removed, including emotional profiles, preferences, saved insights, and account metadata. Review this information carefully.

4. Confirm Your Decision

To prevent accidental deletion, Harv may ask you to confirm by typing “DELETE” or checking a confirmation box. This ensures you fully understand the implications of permanent deletion.

5. Finalize the Deletion

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion. The process may take up to 7–14 days due to system processing and security checks.

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. • All personalization data and emotional insights will be erased. • Any active subscriptions will be automatically canceled.
